Sorry a bit delay to post latest news. Just got back home today from Pattaya for the 2009 Multi Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships. Some good news to share that our Malaysian team won 1 gold and 2 bronze medals from the competition. Details will be posted as soon as possible.
And also not forgotten, Mr Fusion Excel 2009 which was held at Carrefour Wangsa Maju last weekend. Results will also be posted soon. Now I have promise you so many things.. Meanwhile, here’s some footage of what will be posted this week.
