If you are in the Ampang area and looking for budgeted gym, there is one located at Taman Halaman, Ampang. The location is in the middle of housing area of Taman Halaman. To get there is bit complicated, but just refer to the address above if you get lost.
If you prefer hardcore, and prefer non-aircondition, and you are in Ampang area, specifically at Taman Halaman, there is Hardcore Gym where you can workout and personally trained!
Membership
Registration – RM100
Monthly – RM50
Daily rate – RM3 per entry
Facilities
Basic free weight / cardio machines and of course instructor to help (upon request). They also provide fruit juice and protein shakes at an affordable price.
Personal training and coaching also provided at this gym at very reasonable rate by an experienced bodybuilder, Nazri (Latest winning was Mr KL 2009, Welterweight category - 1st). Please email me if you want to know more about this!
